Do you provide dollies/handcarts?
We try to make moving into your storage units as easy and convenient as possible. When you need help getting those heavier items into your unit, we have dollies and handcarts available.
Is the facility enclosed?
Mr. Cool Self Storage facility is enclosed by a fence and we have a computerized gate at the front. Your personal passcode can be used to get into the main storage buildings to access your storage unit.
What communities and cities do you serve?
Our location makes us a convenient storage option for residents in Rutersville, Ellinger, Warrenton, Round Top, Carmine, and other local cities near La Grange, TX.
Are your ground floor units drive-up accessible?
Our ground floor units are helpful to all of our renters. Pulling your vehicle up to your storage unit helps get the move-in day done and over with. No need to park your car far away from your unit when you can start unloading right from your vehicle.
Do I need a temperature controlled unit?
It depends on the types of items you plan to store. Specific items such as electronics, documents, furniture, photos, wine and other items that may be sensitive to environmental changes will sustain its quality better in temperature controlled units. Our units help keep pests, dust, debris and other harmful outdoors factors from tarnishing your belongings.
